If you have some spare time and would like to shop, below are our favorite shopping malls, and areas to shop at:

Spice Market

The Spice Market, a covered passage near Yeni Cami (Mosque), is a market that sells spices, medicinal plants and fragrances devised by the Venetians and Genoese three centuries ago.

Grand Bazaar

One of the world’s largest covered markets, with 3,600 shops, sixty-four streets and twenty-two gates, the Grand Bazaar was commissioned by Mehmed II to provide funding for Hagia Sophia.

Nişantaşı

A neighborhood where you can explore local designers, haute couture dresses as well as shop from luxury boutiques.

Beyoğlu, Şişhane, Çukurcuma

These neighborhoods not only lay on the other side of the Golden Horn, but also are on “the other” side of the culture of the city.

Zorlu Center

The closest shopping mall to the wedding venue with cute cafes, and luxury brands.

İstinye Park

Upscale shopping mall with all the luxury designer brands.

Bebek

Down the hill from Etiler, there adjoining Bosporus sisters (Arnavutköy, Kuruçeşme, Bebek)-known for their marinas, old yalı's (wooden mansions dated back to Ottoman era) and fish restaurants.
